Today the children worked with a learning buddy to think about how many ways they could represent the number 9. They made a poster together illustrating all their ideas. Lots of learning took place including how to work collaboratively! There were all sorts of suggestions to show 9 including the word, the tens frame pattern, the finger pattern, sets of objects and addition equations like 4+5. Well done everybody, you did lots of thinking and learning today!
